This is the last day at Hokkaido and we enjoyed every bit of this trip. We like to take our time to enjoy and experience the places to visit and the next time we visit Hokkaido, we will either travel around with train or self drive.

We stayed at AreaOne Hotel Chitose and took the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport at 6.15 am. Once we reached the airport, we headed to the departure hall and most of the check in counters are closed.

The flight from Chitose Airport is 9.30 am and the check in counters open around 6.45 am while the immigration counters open around 7.30 am.

There is a food court near the airport departure gates and there is still time for you to purchase the souvenirs. This ends our 6 Days 5 Nights Hokkaido Chitose Itinerary and we had a pleasant flight with AirAsia X all the way back to KLIA2.
