We heard that KLIA is trying to refurbished the airport since last year but looks like air travellers didn’t feel the change. We noticed that some of the toilets have been upgraded but there is still more work needed to be done to impress air travellers.

The Malaysian Passport Self Check In Autogate Kiosks have been upgraded too since last year. However, the two old sky trains are still there. There are often break downs as we were told by the duty-free staffs.
