Celebrate Christmas in Taiwan at Christmas New Taipei City. The Christmas Illumination at Christmasland is one of the biggest Christmas events in Taiwan so this is a must visit if you visit Taipei in this festive month.

For first timer to Christmasland at New Taipei City, you can easily go there via the subway and stop at Banqiao Station Metro Station. This is the advantage in traveling in New Taipei City as public transport is available and easily accessible.

Christmasland is an annual Christmas event and it feels like carnival as locals and tourists get together and celebrate the spirit of merry Christmas.

If you are looking for some cool photos with Christmas Illumination, Christmasland is a must visit in New Taipei City. Trees, pillars and also tunnel of LED lights are in Christmasland creating the colourful and beautiful Christmas mood in New Taipei City.

You can see many locals and tourists are enjoying taking photos and videos in Christmasland. They are many light art installations that is creative and cool.

LED light tunnel is one of the many Christmas Illuminations you can find in Christmasland.

We like how they turn an open area to a fun Christmas Illumination area. Turning public spaces to creative art and light installation is simply brilliant.

This unique Christmas tree comes with many odd pieces and the color of the LED also changes from time to time. If you look closer, every section is different art pieces gather together.

Christmasland is not just for adults but it is for all ages. It feels like carnival and there are many activities for the young ones and family.

On top of that, don’t forget the light projection shows in Christmasland. The surrounding building turns to a huge projection wall and there are many interesting videos are played every night.

Where to stay in New Taipei City? Time to check out F Hotel in Luzhou New Taipei City.

F Hotel is located in the central of Luzhou District of New Taipei City. The hotel is just a minute walk from the closes metro station (St Ignatius High School Station). On top of that, the hotel is only 6km away from both the popular Shilin Night Market and Taipei Confucius Temple.

There are 81 rooms in F Hotel and this is the room we stayed. The room comes with King size bed and the size of the room is spacious. It comes with a huge flat screen TV, snacks and working desk too.

The hotel offers free WIFI and also the universal power point so you don’t have to worry in bringing universal power adapter.

The modern design bathroom comes with rainfall showerheads and the bathtub. The room also offer sandals and free toiletries.

This is one of the few hotels in Taiwan that offers public common areas with free drinks and snacks.

On top of coffee and tea, they also offer local snacks that we never tasted before. There is also Free WIFI, fridge and microwave in this public common area.

If you do not want to run around the city, you can check out their gym. It comes with the latest cardio machine so you can workout in the hotel.

Other amenities F Hotel offer include laundry facilities.

If you are a solo traveller or backpacker, they do offer single rooms with shared bathrooms and toilets.

This is the common bathroom and toilet for men and it can be accessible using the room key card.

On top of that, did we mention the breathtaking view from our room. This is the view of Luzhou from my room.

For breakfast, F Hotel offers McDonald’s coupons and you can enjoy your breakfast at McD located less than 3 minutes of walking from the hotel.

We enjoyed our two nights stay at F Hotel Luzhou New Taipei City. You can visit Christmasland from the hotel via the Metro Train without hailing a taxi and avoiding the traffic jam.
