Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese

For most Malaysians, we should know this brand Vit’s with its fried instant noodles. Like we mentioned for many weeks, we are reviewing different food products from FMCO to EMCO and today we are going to talk about Vits Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese.

Vits started as food trading company in 1975 before moving into noodles manufacturing in 1977. We got to know about Vit’s from the fried instant noodles as many parents believed that it is healthier than the other instant noodles as it doesn’t come with the seasoning powder.

Recently, they launched two mi goring products and they are Vits Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese and Vits Italian Mi Goreng Aglio Olio. This is HALAL product.

We purchased this from https://shp.ee/9yt2hwb and we tried the Vits Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese today. The cooking process is similar with other instant noodles mi goreng so it is not a rocket science.

Vits Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese comes with the instant noodles, seasoning powder, dried tomato and olive oil.

What we did is we boiled the noodles, drained the water and mix the noodles with the seasoning, dried tomato and olive oil.

Now, how is the taste of the Vits Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese. The texture of the noodle is al dente, it is better than most of the popular instant noodles brands out there. The taste is similar with the Bolognese sauce without the tomato puree.

The kids loved it and enjoyed the noodles. If you want more flavour, you can add some tomatoes for more flavour. We also tasted the Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Aglio Olio, another review next time.
