After over nine years of serving up fresh seafood alongside unforgettable performances by their “Thai Hot Guys,” the iconic establishment at Huamum Night Market is set to close soon on July 31, 2025. Wait, they are not closing for good though.
This news, announced by the restaurant itself, has sent ripples of disappointment through its loyal customer base, which includes locals and tourists from all corners of the globe. Personally, we visited Bangkok Muscle Men Staneemeehoi many years ago (shortly they became viral) in late 2018. Even thought the muscle men looks wild, they are fun and respectful to the customers. It is just all show!

Adding to the excitement, the owners, Dee and Wow, have hinted at even bigger plans. In a recent statement, they revealed their intentions to expand to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, potentially making it their first international outpost! This news will undoubtedly be music to the ears of many Malaysian fans who have previously travelled to Bangkok just to experience Staneemeehoi.
