The plan works like this:
1) Home owners can purchase a unit and move in with 10% down payment.
2) The remainder sum will be settled within 12 months.

Type D comes with larger build-up area of 60’ x 65’, 5+1 bedrooms and six bathrooms. This is huge and definitely a great home for family.
