Tokyo Haneda Airport welcomes you this month of December with “Haneda Sky Illumination 2019”. What is Haneda Sky Illumination? Every December, Haneda Airport Tokyo will feature the Christmas Illumination in both terminals, the International Terminal and Domestic Terminal.
For the Haneda Airport Tokyo Domestic Terminal 1 and 2, there is Christmas tree with snowflakes and star ornaments. We didn’t go to the Domestic Terminal 1 so there is no picture of it.
For the Haneda Airport Tokyo International Terminal, there will be LED decoration at various locations in the 2nd floor marketplace.
There was a special live performance by Japanese Singer Yo Hitoto on 11th December 2019 but no one was allowed to take photography or videography of the event. There were at least 10 people guarding the event to make sure no one takes photos or videos. Copyright is a huge thing in Japan and you hardly see contents of Japanese singers on Youtube.

Haneda Airport International Terminal: Monday, November 18, 2019 to Sunday, March 15, 2020
Please take note that Tokyo Haneda Airport operates 24 hours and it is one of the few airports that never sleep in the world. There are plenty of things to do on top of shopping and food as there is a viewing deck, toys shop, mini Don Quijote called SoraDonki and more on the 5th Floor (using the escalator on the center court).
