This is probably the most interesting Thai food in Phuket. This is Khanom Jeen Saphan Hin in Phuket and this khanom jeen is rice noodles and Thai style bee hoon / mee hoon. I was at Khanom Jeen Saphan Hin Phuket as our Thai friends brought us here.
Khanom Jeen Saphan Hin Phuket is not listed in Michelin Guide (yet) and this is not a tourist restaurant. Most of the customers here are locals and they love khanom jeen, Thai style bee hoon.
They are open for breakfast from 8.30 am until 7 pm. The crowd here are non stop from morning until they closed.
This is their version of ‘chap fan’ / mixed rice but instead of rice, the main dish is khanom jeen the thai style bee hoon.
There are many things you can pick such as fish, chicken, vegetables and more. What you choose is what you pay.
If you look at the menu, the food prices here are very reasonable and hence the locals loved it here.
