Like the mussels, each and single oyster is inspected for its quality and size. The mussels are farm at quiet waters of Coffin Bay.
I sailed to one of the oyster farms and it was an eye opener. The oysters were so clean that you can eat it on the spot. Just wash it with sea water and you can eat it fresh even without lime. The oysters are for local consume and for exports too.

Wow, this looks like a great eating expedition! The Boston bay mussels, coffin bay oysters and king George whiting are available at some restaurants in Kl, and they taste really good, but I bet they taste even better when fresh at the source!
Hi Sean,
Thanks for the info, I didn’t know some of the restaurants in Kuala Lumpur offer King George whiting. Yes, it is the best to have it fresh.
